Thank you  for shopping with the Chic Stylista! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

GARMENT QUALITY AND CONDITOIN

  • All upcycled and vintage pieces are thoroughly washed, cleaned, and carefully packaged after processing.

  • Any imperfections are clearly noted in the garment description and reflected in the price.

RETURNS

  • Items are vintage, upcycled, custom-made and sold as-is.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for size issues, signs of wear, or minor flaws. All such details, if any, are carefully documented and shown in the item description with photos and videos.

  • You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return to get a refund.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The wrong item was sent, and

    • The item is still in its original packaging

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, the client must email returns@thechicstylista.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the item received

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond via email with either an approval or denial.

Approved Returns

  • If your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Returns are no charge.

  • You must ship the item back within 10 calendar days of the return approval email.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returned items must be an incorrect item.

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

  • ​​Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method in 10-14 business days of notification.​​​​​​
