CREATIVE PROPERTY

  • All style boards, outfit guides, and creative concepts are the property of The Chic Stylista

  • Materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent.

  • Screenshots, copying, or redistribution of paid materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized use may result in removal of access and further action.

NON REFUNDABLE SERVICESS

  • Styling services are non-refundable once the session, consultation, or deliverables (e.g., style boards, shopping links) have been provided.

  • If you are dissatisfied, we will make one round of adjustments at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

DISSATISFACTION DISCLAIMER

  • Style is subjective. We will do our best to meet your preferences based on the information provided, but we cannot guarantee that every selection will meet personal taste.

  • No refunds for differences in style preference after services are rendered.

THIRD PARTY DISCLAIMER

  • Third-party retailers may sell out, change prices, update inventory/links, or become unavailable at any time. 

  • We are not responsible for fit issues or brand availability

  • Alterations or exchanges of purchased clothing from third-party retailers are the client’s responsibility.

LIABILITY

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as event compliments, modeling jobs, or brand partnerships) as styling is a creative service.
